My name is Dana Pete, and I am the Director at Glad Tidings Preschool. I have worked in every age group (Infants- Pre-K) and have been the front desk receptionist. In June of 2017, I became the Director of GTP. Working with children is one of the most rewarding jobs you can ever have. I love to watch the joy on their faces when they learn and discover new and exciting lessons. Children are truly one of our greatest treasures.
I have been happily married to Glynn Pete for 31 years. I have 2 sons and 2 daughters-in-law and they have blessed me with 6 grandchildren. 3 of my grandchildren attended GTP and two currently are attending. I am a spiritual, dedicated, upbeat, and self-motivated team player. Success comes from hard work and dedication. My GTP co-workers have become a part of our family.

Hi, I am Jamie Wilkie. I married my best friend 45 years ago. I have been employed at Glad Tidings Preschool for 34 years. Currently I am the Director Designee and Financial Supervisor. My children attended Glad Tidings Christian Academy and 5 out of 7 grandchildren attended GTP.
I now have a grandson in the U.S. Army and a granddaughter at LSU. My 5 other grandchildren make me an even prouder Nana every day! My greatest joy is spending quality time with my family. I enjoy sewing, quilting, and crafting.

Hi! My name is Christie Swire. I am the Assistant Director at Glad Tidings Preschool. I have grown up within the walls of this school. It is truly an honor to be a part of the Glad Tidings family. The ladies I work with have not only become some of my best friends but have become family as well.
Speaking of family, I have been married for 12 years to Terry Swire. I have 3 children. My oldest son is currently serving in the United States Army and stationed overseas while my daughter is in her second year of college. My youngest son started 4th grade this year. My family and I enjoy camping, traveling, and football. In our household, we yell Boomer Sooner!
I have enjoyed teaching for 20 years, librarian for 2 years, and serving as assistant for the past 3 years.
